To sign up for a mail list
1. Please enter your email address in the block below
2. Click the "SUBMIT" button
3. A new page will appear
4. On the next page, click to choose the Mail List that you would like to sign up for
5. Click the "SUBMIT" button
6. You will receive a confirmation email back containing a web address
7. To confirm your registration to the mail list, click on the web address in the confirmation email (If the link doesn't work, please copy the address and paste it into your browser)
8. To protect your privacy, your mail list subscription will only be activated after it has been confirmed
9. You may unsubscribe at anytime by entering your email address into the box above a second time and clicking the "SUBMIT" button. You will receive a confirmation email. Do not click the link in the email unless you wish to re-subscribe to the mail list.
